Help needed - Stalled young plants

Maybe re-potting was an exaggeration, although I think it can do no harm.
This is just my opinion but I wouldn't bother re-potting. From this side of the screen your potting mix looks fine enough to me. If the "chunks" are nothing but wood chips, I find it usually makes for a well draining mix.
 
Sorry for the delay in getting back. The guys pretty much covered it so far.

A) i dont think your repotting is a problem. If anything just err on the side of caution and go light on the water.

B) NUtes, I know some have said no, but i hit them with nutes 1/4 strength at first set of leaves. I even use 1/10 diluted nute solution for germination in zip loc bags. So far i see no issues with that. I got to 1/2 strength after the plants are 4-6 inches tall
