Help on pepper identification

I got to taste a pepper wich keeps haunting me.
I took few pics of it.
Can anyone guess of what pepper this could be since i have no ide and im dying to find out?

yes it did have heat. After taking small bite on tip of it, half of my face and first teeth got wierd and numb for about 20 minutes

Usually the tip not as the body with the ribs....

Oh yes, sorry, its called chilli here, somehow i thought it would be international word

Thanks, looks like u were right at first guess. a friend of mine who grows chiles´ confirmed that it could be orange habanero.
