I have tons of peppers ripening now and can't obviously eat all of them before they go bad. I don't want to freeze them because I am waiting on a dehydrator. I was wondering if I should pick them all and refridgirate them or keep them on the plant? What way will they stay better longer?

Cut and deseed and freeze. When you end up getting your dehydrator, just throw them in frozen.
You can candy them, this is what I do other than freezing or dehydraiting.
how soon will your dehydrator be there? If it is within a few days to a week, I'd say you could pick them and refrigerate them till it gets there. I have also left ripe pods on the plant up to week without any problems, but you do risk having them start to turn on you.
I agree with PF, if your dehydrator is on its way just stick em in the fridge.
