Help planning my garden, please

I really need some help planning out my garden. Here are the pepper plants I am currently growing:

Fatalii, Bhut Jolokia, Naga Morich, Orange Habs, Mustard Habs, Seven Pods, Trinidad Scorpions, Red Scotch Bonnets, Jalapeno/Habanero cross (Jalabanero?), Red Savina Habs and Cveta Hots (Rainbowberry?)

I am planning on having 3 rows of 12 plants in each row and I would like to plant the tallest in the back, smallest in front but simply don't know what to expect.

How would you plant them? Thanks for your help.

Fatalii 30 to 36 inches tall
Naga Morich 24 to 30
Orange Hab 24 to 30
Mustard Hab 24 to 30
Red Savina 24 to 30
Trinidad Scorpian 24 to 30
Scotch Bonnet 18 to 24
7 Pod 24 to 30

Those are the only ones I have information on, you'll have to ask the ones you got the seeds from about the others.

Most C. chinense species grow quite similar for me, but my fataliis are almost always my shortest plants but bushy
