HELP!!!! WHITE SPOT CHILLI PLAN

Hi Everyone,

I have just started growing chilli and it is a really rewarding and fantastic hobby but there are a lot of things that I need to figured out like...

My chilli scorpion trinidad plant is covered in these white larva/flakes (as in pictures attached). this happened really quickly and I don't know what to do.

Could please someone tell me what it is and how can I fix the problem?

Thank you so much for your help

Whenever I've seen that white residue on plants (Peppers included) it was due to aphids feeding and dropping honeydew so I'd check the undersides of the leaves to make sure none have settled in since they can infest a plant both suddenly and quickly.

I agree. The white flecks look like the cast-off aphid
exoskeletons from the molting process. If that's the
case, any shiny spots would be aphid dew.
