disease-pests Help with leaf miner problem

I think the leaves of my peppers are being eaten by leaf miners.. not sure what to do

Alternate Neem Oil and Spinosad.  Spray with one, wait a week to 10 days, and spray with the other.

I honestly don't ever do anything about leaf miners, except keep the plant growing ahead of their damage. If it's really bad, pluck the affected leaves, and throw them on the fire. Leaf miners do return to their origins, so that's one way to halt them. (don't let them ever graduate from that leaf)
