pest-i.d. Help with potential Pest Problem?

Hey guys,
 
when went to check on my plants today I noticed some weird white-yellowish bugs on the flowers of my paper lanterns, the other plants seem to be fine so far, but I'd like to know what they are and what I can do against them nonetheless. I already spray them with epsom about one a week and only just recently added a growing light because of dwindling light supply. First pic is one of the flowers (sorry it's not sharper) and the second one the whole group of plants (yes, I know it looks ghetto).
Any help is appreciated!
