Thank you - I got mine today. I thought is was going to be like a "rub" seasoning mix with chili powder and salt. NO- The salt is chemically bonded with the Chili at a crystaline level. Some mad Chemist must be behind this - Breaking bad hot and tasty!
 
Labor Day party - where we served chicken rubbed with the chipotle salts and then grilled. I asked the people to please write down their thoughts on chicken made this way.

Comments: Whew! I've never tasted chicken with a kick before.
I can even taste the chicken along with the smoke. Am I on fire?
Can I have the recipe? I need to have my wife taste this.

Good bite. Luckily I can take any flavor you give me.

No one had any negative comments. The person who wanted his wife to taste the chipotle flavor was the most interested.
