Just started exploring spicier foods after being introduced to a spicy szechuan dish that was exploding with flavor but too hot for me to handle. I kept coming back to it for the flavor and realized the heat wasn't too much after a while. Still a novice for sure but really excited about exploring different peppers and learning from everyone here.
