i have always enjoyed hot and spicy foods but my interest in them has definitely grown recently, as i am the proud new owner of sauceworld.com!
 
i have been spending a lot of my time lately learning and reading a ton of information about all kinds of sauces, especially those with a kick!  i hope to be able to learn a lot from all of you here and would love any thoughts/suggestions you may have!
