A couple of days ago I thought that I knew a lot about hot sauce, hot peppers and spicy foods..... now, I'm realizing how very deep this rabbit hole is! I'm taking the red pill, diving in head first and I hope to bump into you on my way down.
I'm starting ferment #2 tonight because the first one... well ,she didn't go so well. haha!! I'll be the guy asking the dumb questions in the near future and I look forward to chatting with you all.
