Hey all been to this site a great many times and learned a lot I am growing Habeneros and Scorpions at this time made Habenero jam for a couple of years and everyone loves it.  Even made some with a mixture of scorpions and Habs.   What does someone do with all the peppers? I have only one scorpion plant but it just doesnt stop producing. I have froze a lot and plan on making more jam but I think I will still have a ton of them left over.  Anyways HI. to everyone

I usually freeze / dry / trade / give away my extras.  Dried super hot flakes are great in the middle of winter.
