this will be my third year growing peppers. Started with thai chilies, poblanos and shishito (i know not hot but delicious) peppers. then last year added arbols and orange ghosts and habaneros. I love the orange ghosts and have been experimenting with hot sauces. Lots of fun especially fermented hot sauces.
I'm looking forward to leaning a lot more here.
