Hi from Alberta :)

Been a Spice fan since I was a kid, family always ate curry when we lived in Europe and got my taste from that. Been growing peppers for about 4 years however the last few years has been terrible for growing.
Habaneros are my Favourites love their flavour and not so hot that it obliterates any taste lol at least for me, their actually the hottest I've tasted, been trying to grow hotter but no luck. This year was the first time I got some seeds to grow finally in new varieties Ive been working on, Scotch Bonnet and Tabasco, got a handfull thats about it, will pick them soon, I have them inside now since temps have dropped to 2c.
Zavory from Burpee is also a new one I tried this year and bought a plant, got two peppers out of it so far, ate one, nice taste and mind heat, the other one will harvest the seeds.
Have grown in the past Cayenne, Red/Yellow Habaneros, Thai, Kung Pao and a few others I dont recall.
I make Salsa/pickling as well to preserve veg without cooking using Natural Apple Cider Vinegar.
:)

Some pics of current batches :)
