I happened up on this site today and have been glued to it for the past several hours! My girlfriend and I enjoy the many varieties of hot peppers and have been growing for the past few years. Last year's garden was created in the spot where the chicken pen was; everything grew like mad and the peppers were exceptionally hot. We hope to have another successful season this year and I'm definitely going to try making hot sauce using the many tips from this website. Woooaahh..Roll-Tide!!
