Hello everyone. This is my second year growing hot peppers and things are going well. Last year I had a low yield and not much flavor or heat (I planted late). This year things are looking and tasting better. I've got six habaneros (my personal favorite) a couple of jalapenos and a cowhorn. Not much but hopefully enough to make some sauce later this summer. OK, here's the deal, like some other people have posted here I have a pest that's boring a single hole through the pods. Its usually near the top just below the stem. I'm afraid its the pepper fly maggots, but I'm not sure because I've disected and never seen one. Anyway, its destroying my plants. Any Ideas on how to kill them and keep them from coming back?
