Hi from Brisbane

Another from Aus :-)

New to growing hot chillis. Habbys were the hottest I have grown previously. Have some Carolina Reapers and a Trinidad scorpion cardi yellow in for my jam making. Looking forward to mucking about with hot sauces and other varieties.

G'day!  :welcome:  to the THP forums! Yellow TS CARDI would make a great jam! Super tasty pepper and not too hot! Cheers to your grow and jam/sauce making experiments!

you might find those superhots too hot for jelly even if you core them.  Habaneros make the best jelly IMO. 
I use habbies as the main filler as i love the sweet flavour they add. I used reaper pods i bought to add some extra zing to the last batch. Used naga vipers and ghosts in the batch before that.
I am wanting to make an insane batch so hope to get a good crop as the pods are way too expensive to buy in quantities for my jam. Wife does prefer the cayenne/capsicum blend however.
