Hi from Maine

Hi there I'm from Maine. I just got into pepper growing, my wife bought me a cayenne pepper a little while back, and right after I ordered in some bhut jolokia from Hirt's.

I know its late in the season, that plant is over a foot tall, and looks like it might start producing peppers. (my cayenne pepper not the bhut jolokia)

My ghostpeppers (bhut jolokia) I posted pictures here all ready, in the growing section.

I have plans to container grow inside through the winter, after it gets to cold outside, in late September probably.

- Dorset Naga ghost pepper strain (I have a ton of these seeds)
- Trinidad Scorpion Butch T (15 seeds on the way)
- Trinidad 7 Pot (10 seeds on the way)

I'm thinking of keeping most my peppers in the Capsicum chinense family.

I do have some mini bells that I love the taste on that I got from a grocery store, I'm looking to see if the seeds are viable now. I think there labeled organic
so I think I'm fine.

and a Maryland Tobacco plant for fun.

any pepper plants recommended? that might be the NEWEST HOTTEST thing....? that I should grow...

Trinidad Scorpion Butch T.

The hottest chilli is the Trinidad Scorpion "Butch T" which was grown by The Chilli Factory (Australia) and rated at 1,463,700 Scoville Heat Units (SHU) according to tests conducted by EML Consulting Services in Morisset, New South Wales, Australia, on 1 March 2011.
