Just wanted to say hi to everybody. I'm been growing hot peppers for the last few years. Lurking on the site for a while but registered to say i really like this site for all the recipes. I enjoy sauces salsa etc as much as growing these guys. Made a fermented sriracha kind of sauce last year and just made some picklese a few days ago. My other favorite use is hot pepper jelly to put on cream cheese and crackers. It's always a hit at get togethers. Thanks for a great site.
