Greetings from the Netherlands!
I have been a fan of spicy food as long as I can remember. I also like trying different types of hot sauce made by small local producers and making hot sauce or sambal myself (with varying degrees of success).
I started growing my own peppers only a few years ago, starting with habanero grande and chocolate habanero. In the Netherlands we only have 2-3 months a year (if we're lucky) with temperatures high enough to grow peppers outside, so my peppers spend a fair amount of time indoors.
I'm looking forward to dive into these forums and read about varieties of peppers I have never heard of, and get the most out of growing peppers in my chilly little country!
