Hi everyone,
I am new to making hot sauce. I am growing a number of different peppers and fingers crossed they actually produce. In pots right now I have some Fresnos, Anaheims, banana peppers, regular bell peppers, Bulgarian carrot peppers, and maybe a few others. When my daughter was "helping" plant them, I turned my back for a second and when I looked back there were peppers seeds everywhere. So I am not 100% sure what I have.
Either way, I hope I get some good ones to make hot sauces.
