Forgive me for being technologically archaic with "forums" but I'm having a problem with a Carolina reaper pepper plant and need some help. The leaves have a white substance on the bottom of them. It appears that there are black spots that become surrounded by the white substance??? Any Ideas? I am trying to post pictures it may take a little while though! LOL
