Hi, New Here

I wanted to say Hi to everyone. I stumbled onto this site from doing a google search on growing tips for hot peppers. I'm here in Ohio zone 5 and this is my first year growing let alone starting from seed. I am looking forward to talking peppers with everyone (since my wife doesn't share my passion/obsession).

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I am lucky to have a few mates that like it hot, too. Sadly, all they do is feast of my work! :P

Enjoy!!!:mouthonfire:

Welcome from Fort Worth, Texas

Thanks.

Well since this is my first year growing, I decided to start small :) LOL So far I have started Ancho, Mariachi, Thin & Thick Caynenne, Anaheim, Jalapeno, Habs, Hungarian and Serrano peppers. I can not wait to see them start producing. I just sort-of dove right in and I'm surprised at how well all of my seedlings are doing. Now if I can figure out how to post pictures, I'll show them to you all.

you may get slapped with a wet noodle...

you close to Shaker Heights?

Thanks for the welcome. I know that I'm new here, but already feel like I fit in. AJ, I think Shaker Heights is up around Cleveland and that is about 1 1/2 hrs north. Which isn't that far so I guess you could say yes. LOL. Last week we just where up there (Cleveland) for the Home and Garden Show at the IX Center.
