Hello, I’m Lauren from Annapolis, MD. A couple years ago, I grew a ghost pepper plant that put off more peppers than I knew what to do with. So I started playing with making hot sauce. Fast forward to a trip to Mexico, and the amazing fresh food and many different sauces sparked my interest again. I’m still learning but looking forward to experimenting and sharing ideas!
