disease-pests Hide n seek bug

I didnt get a picture of these little guys but they like to play hide and seek around the stalk or leaves when you see them.
Are they bad for the plant if so how to get rid of them

Dunno? Thrips.>If it was tiny, it was probably a thrip since those guys love to play hide and seek.
