Never made pepper spray. I like the lead spray better.
If you're planning on making 8mil at home, you might want to give the local first aid squad a heads-up and have them on speed dial.

I just wrote out the entire proceedure to make this stuff, but then realised that its a bit inappropriate for me to be instructing you on how to concentrate this stuff for the purpose of weapons. I live in Australia. Capsaicin is illegal here. Promotoing how to concentrate capsaicin is a fast way for the nanna state to outlaw plants like the ButchT.

i was a policeman for 26 years in nyc. that being said, i would suggest you buy a professionally commercially made pepper spray if it is in fact legal in your state. from a liability standpoint i think you would have a better position if you maimed someone using a commercial product. im all for being tried by 12 instead of carried by 6. PS i carry pepper spray on a keyring i think its 5,000,000 SHU. (i also carry a snub nose.38) . after all, i couldnt allow some young ruffian to victimize this old man.
