food Homemade salamoia olives: batch 2013

No 2014 batch, no good olives that year...
But today i opened my last jar:

After nearly an year they're still great.
 
I just decided to blend them along tuna, anchovies, some evo and my superhot sauce:

Doesn't really taste olives but it's hot and not bad.
