Welcome back to Slosh's bar & Grill ... It is Friday so as always that means it is time for another sauce review ... 
 
This time Slosh is flying solo and tries Hornet Bomb sauce by Pex Peppers ... you can check them out here - https://www.pexpeppers.com/
 
I really liked this sauce actually ... a nice chunky consistency ... almost a mash ... really sweet flavour with only a slight warmth to it ... non-chilli heads would probably rate this a fair bit higher ... initial flavour of fresh chillies ... followed by the flavour of lime and honey ... but for me the honey flavour didn't hang around too long ... all in all a really good sauce that would go with lots of different types of food ...

Hmmmm ... I don't even feel the warmth of jalapenos so ... I'd say not quite a full habanero mouth warmth (but almost) ... for me a pleasant enjoyable heat ...
