My lunch for today. Start out with 1/4 lb Sams Club beef hot dog, pepperjack cheese and a tortilla.
Grab a few assorted peppers from the garden, cannot beat just picked fresh.
Slap Chop the peppers.
Dump the peppers on.
Roll it up and then chow it down.
