Hi! I am brand spanking new and I made my very first hot saaaauce yesterday. I would love any pointers you can give me and please point out anything you think is "wrong" with my recipe.
It's hotter than hades!
12 habanero peppers- remove stems and chop
1/4 of a red onion- chopped
1 tsp mashed garlic (the kind you buy at the store)
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
1C Apple Cider Vinegar
Saute onion and garlic and peppers in olive oil until the onions become translucent. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to simmer. Simmer for 8 minutes. Pour into blender/food processor and puree. Bottle. Consume at your own risk
