Does anyone know if any of the books out there on Hot Peppers are worth it? I was looking for something with canning recipes, grinding peppers into rubs, hot sauce recipes, and maybe a little growing help.
Peppers of the World is a good book, but it is more of an identification guide with a bunch of supplemental information about peppers and it makes an interesting read. It is a little dated though and the copy I have is 15 years old so it doesn't have anything hotter than the Habanero listed.
