I've been making sauces with dried Bhut Jalokia, Red Moruga, Scotch Bonnet, and other hot peppers for a couple of years now. I've used online blogs for ideas, suggestions, etc. But I am hoping to find other enthusiasts in my area to bounce ideas/knowledge back and forth with. I'll still use the forum here, but sometimes being able to contact someone by phone, text, etc. is useful. Thanks All!
