What a cool idea (pun intended) next trip to the grocery store I'm picking up some mango sorbet and working in some habanero powdergeeme said:When I don't want to bother making it, though, I will buy some and let it soften, then mix in hot pepper powder and possibly other things before refreezing. It's a good alternative when you're feeling lazy.
Let us know how it turns out.weave said:I've got some paper lanterns coming in late after I've already made the relishes and jellies I wanted them for. I am planning to get out the ice cream machine and make habanero-vanilla and habanero-dark chocolate ice cream and habanero-pineapple sorbet.
That stuff looks good.Rawkstah said:I have made it before. Beem meaning to do it again with supers. I like to make spicy desserts!

I was thinking about putting Scorpions in Ice Cream.Just didn't know if it was a good idea. Thanks for the feed back.I see some Scorpion Ice Cream being made.JayT said:Peppers in Rehoboth owns an ice cream stand that sells Scorpion ice cream. I had some, it really messed with my head. You get the sweet then cold, then hot, then cold, then really hot. Freaky. Really good, but freaky.

You can alter the amount of peppers a little to suit your tastes. Pulpiteer did a very nice documenting the process in the above thread.
