I was eating a breakfast sammich this morning, the egg/cheese/sausage on a muffin thing when I decided to try my new Bhut Jolokia powder. Got a small scoop on a square toothpick, I'm the cautious ie., chicken type, and pasted it on. A slightly sweeter flavor for a few seconds then the heat. I chewed that bite for several minutes wanting to get every last piece of powder involved. Never got to the pain stage, just a lovely glow in my mouth and throat for several minutes. I'm starting to like this stuff.
