Hi all!
I'm a computer programmer from Wisconsin who has always enjoyed hot sauce, but only ever grew a Jalapeno plant in the back yard. Two years ago I upped my game to a Habanero plant which did really well, but last year was my first year of expanding my adventure into growing 8 different varieties from seed with fabric grow bags. It was a lot of trial and error, but ended up with an ok harvest even though 2021 was a rough summer (haven't quite sorted out watering). I've done a handful of fermented hot sauces and plan to do more with different varieties this year.
