Hot Sauce on Pizza... YES PLEASE!

What's the vinegar content like? For pizza/Italian I usually like sans or low but not always sometimes it's good to cut through a lot of cheese. :)
 
Labels look good, kickstarter looks good, sauce sounds good. Looks like you're off to a great start! I like the addition of oregano. What's the sauce consistency like? Looks pretty thin in the pic on the flat bread. (don't get me wrong though I like thin sauces as much as thick on pizza, I tend to use franks frequently)
