I have been tinkering around with a Wiki to collect info on spicy foods, hot sauces and related (and even no so related) stuff. Everyone is invited to add informational promotions of their products, recipes and other stuff there. It uses the wikimedia template. Just search for the page you want to create and create it. Feel free to edit pages that are there.
