I've been reading about Bacterial Leaf Spot and then Hot Water Treatment for seeds.
 
I'm wondering how much of an issue seed contamination really is from an occasional Bacterial Leaf Spot.
 
Is hot water treatment for seeds really needed or is it overkill?
