Hot Wing competions .

Tattoo guy sounds like a good option. It looks like a trendy bar though...don't scare the natives ;)
 
Looks like its going to happen at the PUb. It might even be extended into a long afternoon with bands and stuff. Will have to wait and see.
I have developed a very feirce hot wing sauce just for the comp.
I call it the "Three punch Combo"
Thai birds eye, Habanero and Fatalii ......its a doozy. I pitty the fools lol.
 
OH and my tatooist friend is doing the logo flaming angelic style wings in a circle with the writing going round. LOts of red and yellow and burnt orange etc you get the idea.

I've been playing with something for wings with an Italian twist. We'll have to try some samples soon.

What dates are you thinking of roughly...i could get a bunch of ppl there with enough notice.

Don't know when I'll keep you posted. I got a MC for it and everything. (I need an MC because as you know I am an alcoholic and will most likely have written myself off before the final round.....lol
Its gonna be a big one but. couple hundred people easy.
