Sounds tasty - I'm pretty much hooked on Texas Creek's chipotle BBQ but I might have to give this one a try. I like the inclusion of tamarind. Sounds like a lot of sugar (1st 3 ingredients?) but I guess that's pretty standard to BBQ sauces. Another good review.
