Hotter than Hell: Ghost pepper cheese

A friend of mine at work bought me a chunk of ghost pepper cheese called 'Hotter than Hell'. The stuff is pretty good. It has some heat to it, but I had some of my non-chili-head co-workers try it, and they were able to withstand it pretty well. It is hickory smoked, and has a wonderful flavor. I wouldn't necessarily call it hotter than hell, but it isn't your every day pepperjack. After googling around, I think it might be a local product. I can't seem to find a good internet marketplace to order it.

So with that said, what are some other good hot pepper infused cheeses?

I had a great one from Aldi's of all places. It is a mango habanero cheese called 'Mango Fire'. Nice sweet heat to it. Great on crackers with a bit of Sriracha on top.
 
What kind of cheese was it? Gouda?
There isn't a cheese out there that I don't love, and most of them would do well with some heat.

Does Velveeta and pickled peños count? :rofl: jk
 
I had a good cabot hab cheese. Nothing hotter than that pops up around here though. My 80 yr old MIL was able to deal with it. I want to make a ghost pepper jelly to pour on top of cream cheese and eat with crackers
 
Cabots is some pretty good stuff!
Yancey's Fancy has a couple of good ones but not found everywhere. I think we usually get it at Fresh Market or Liquor Barn.
I've had the Mango Fire a few times... I think they had it at Meijers. It was good, but it was a little sweet for my tastes.

It actually doesn't say what type of cheese it is. I would guess some kind of jack cheese by the texture. It is good stuff though. I will have to check out some of the others that you guys have mentioned.

@hops - I agree that the mango fire is pretty sweet, but I am a sucker for the mango/hab flavor combination. :)
