Man I have messed up some Turkey's on the grill. Light my grill with good charcoal and some oak chunks allow heat to rise to 900 deg place turkey in foil pan cover.

Top comes ripping off the grill, out jumps the flaming turkey running around the yard lighting lawn furniture on fire. Family dogs are going crazy. Kids are crying. Women fainting. Grown men look on in confusion.

THE HORROR THE HORROR I was drinking pretty heavily then. I think that's how it happened. Wink wink nudge nudge.
