preservation How do you smoke your peppers

Sounds like a lot of salt to me.

I didnt give quantities they are used in conjunction with eachother like a 2tsp of kosher salt 1/2 tsp celery salt 1/2 tsp seasoning salt all together 1Tbs -- each very unique in flavor

Yep, same here. I mix as needed but like to keep the chipotle separate until needed.
 
I've done a few smoked naga sauces but they didn't turn out as good as expected so I'm still working on the recipe.
