How do you spell?

Chile con carne is as it sounds, chiles with meat.

If it were chile con frijoles, it would be the nasty gemish from Tejas and have beans.
 
Dunno about chile con frijoles, I just remember the yummy frijoles refritos con queso, I ate daily for 2 weeks, sometime twice a day, during my stay in SLP.
