seeds How fast can we the growers make seeds sprout

Have seedlings coming up in 5 to 14 days of some. Some like bell peppers still at about 14 days

Averge temp 32 c and no colder than 30 c Averge humd 60 %
Has any one put a tub of water on a heating pad put the seeds above with a temp / humd gauge To see how fast you can get seedling ?

Quickest germination I've experienced is 4 days using a cheap heat mat and a peat based medium.

Planted some jalapeno seed 5 days ago and still nothing. So I guess it very's on the plant ? Some like it hot, some warm, some not ? ORr shoould young grasshopper, pray to da 4 winds for_w more patience with the rising and falling of the Sun.

by the way cool name ( Habanero ) what does it mean ?

Habanero with a tilde over the n = from Havana

Jalapeno with tilde = from Xalapa (Jalapa)

Tampiqueno with tilde = from Tampico

and etc........

So is the spelling becouse in spanish its pronouned ( abana ) can't do the nyah on this computer. [ the a like the a in father the v like half way between v & b the n like the n in onion ] and so the pronounce abanero is spelled with a b not a v ?
