harvesting how old need plants to be for 2 full harvests ?

so i started my grow by planting seeds on the 28 of february.

now a couple of days ago, i gut them down all with plenty pods, say beginning october.

so thats roughly 7 months from planting to harvesting the pods, i wonder, if i were to start them in january
i may harvest around august and maybe experience a new flowerset and more pods ?

i really do not know, its my first year of growing and id love to have multiple harvests ... if possible ! thx !

It depends on a whole lot of variables but the biggest factor would be the variety you chose to grow
What are you growing, and what sort of soil and nutrients are you using?

wanna do bout the same like last year, which is ALL SORTS OF

soil good qual soil from the gardencenter, fert once a week pretty diluted worked out very good this year,
never fix a running system ..
