How to acclimatise?!

I find it hot in a different way. Naga types have a certain heat that builds up... Scorpions are like having a 10 pound hammer straight in your face. some say they're hotter than the Bhut Jolokia, Naga Morich etc... but I find it difficult to compare at that heat level. it is pure evil, though.
