I normally don't mind crosses, but for this indoor grow, I want to preserve the lineage of 2 strains. The problem is that I have a very small space, and the plants (maybe along with 1 or 2 more) will be in 5 gallon buckets, literally right next to each other. I do hand pollinate, but also try and fan pollinate. Is their any way to prevent crossing (maybe with just some flowers) with my setup?

Isolate a couple branches with paper bags. If anything choose from the peppers farthest from the other plant. They least likely to have crossed.
