How to you keep the peroxide spray on the leaves?

I sprayed them seedlings and the mist just runs off the leaves ?  i there something i can add to it sticks or whats the deal with that ty
 
It doesn't really need to stay on leaves for long, excess can run off.  However, you can add a drop of dish detergent to lower the water surface tension and make it coat the leaf more evenly, except that for only a cup of solution you don't even need a whole drop of detergent.
 
Why?

Peroxide doesnt even kill most molds. At best you're just oxidizing its food source temporarily.
