Howdy folks.

Ive been reading around this site for a bit so I figure nows as good a time as any to say hello. 
 
Im growing jalapenos, tabascos and bell peppers. Last year was my first year making siracha sauce and im hooked on it. This year Im gonna try to do some real fermenting and see how it goes. 
 
Ive also read alot about topping so I took one plant of each type and topped them a couple weeks ago to see how it works. They are really bushing out.  
 
I like to make salsa and make ground pepper powder. Oh and bacon wrapped, cream cheese filled jalapenos on the pit! Heck yeah.
